DO I GET A REFUND IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

Once trails are booked, we then take payments from our clients. We can only offer a 50% refund, one week before your arrival date into Australia. Any cancellations made after that one week, payments will be forfeited.

HOW DO YOU PROVIDE YOUR SERVICE AND HOW DOES EVERYTHING WORK?

Once you have chosen the package you are interested in and have had a consultation with a team member, we will go out to find you trails with one or multiple clubs. Once trials are booked in for you for when you arrive, arrangements for payments will then be made. From there on, our team will assist you with all your needs upon arrival and for the duration of your stay in Melbourne.

HOW DO I GET ALL THE INFORMATION I NEED BEFORE I ARRIVE?

Once we have you booked in, we will email you our Welcome Pack which includes all the information you need such as, everything included in your package to things to do in Melbourne and how to get around.
